Sail away with me, honey...

Last night, to celebrate our 4th anniversary we went on a lovely sunset sail.  The weather was ideal, the bubbly was flowing... love was in the air!

The Beginning

8 years ago today, I was lying by a pond seeing shooting stars for the first time in my life!  As a city girl, I didn't realize that this is a pretty frequent occurrence (there are millions every night according to this article), and all you have to do is look up on a clear night and wait for them to appear.  While I was watching shooting stars with a boy I liked, he told me that he liked me too.  It's amazing to remember how it all began.  So sweet; so cinematic.

Birthday Love

I got lots of great presents and had a fun day at the US Open for my birthday on the 1^st, but the best gift of all was spending the day with my husband.  Awwww.

all you need is LOVE

We both know that sentiment is far from true, which is why we celebrated 3 years of marriage yesterday!  We have so much more than love, and I love that.
