Loving the over the knee Trooper boot from Emerson Fry.  My Frye boots are 20 years old this winter.  They're at the shoe repair shop now getting some love.  Possibly... it's time to start winding down to retirement.

Now that it's finally getting warmer, it's time to show some toe!  I'm going for my first mani pedi of the season tomorrow.  It will be especially nice since I can't reach my toes these days.

Summer Splurge

I found a pair of shoes that will surely change my life... or at least my summer.  I knew I couldn't let a staple piece like this slip me by, so they're on their way to me.  Sometimes a girl needs a little treat.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood...

It's full on Spring loveliness, which is turning my attention toward Spring shoes.  I was people watching on the High Line where most passersby were rocking sandals.  Sandals in NYC in March!  I'll take it.

Someone I know won the lottery last month!  $10k a week for life.  If I were set like that I'd start wearing extra ridiculous things like paper shoes.

Air Marants

I first noticed these Isabel Marant Willow sneakers on a fellow passenger on my flight to Nashville for Christmas.  How intriguing!  Naturally, I thought she was pretty rad, so when I discovered the origin of these sneakers I was all ready to buy a pair of my very own... until I saw that they were $700+.  Seriously?!  Sigh... I guess I'll continue to admire them on other rad chicks.

Perk Up!

Here's a much needed pick me up!  These along with my gold tipped manicure would do the trick.  I need happy things to get me through this week!
